Gender inequalities feed patterns of underdevelopment and studies reveal that the most vulnerable women and girls belong to rural communities with a high proportion of the population living in poverty. Women and girls face unequal access to the resources needed to improve their economic and social status.

SheTribe is a community-based program that aims to end gender-based violence among young women and girls through education, advocacy and empowerment. We work to end harmful traditional practices such as Female Genital Mutilation and Child Marriage by creating safe spaces and disseminating information about sexual reproductive health and rights for women and girls.
SheBoss is a 6-week training program for female micro entrepreneurs designed to accelerate the growth and success of microenterprises through an array of business development services that are critical to the entry, survival, productivity, competitiveness and growth of small businesses. Upon completion, entrepreneurs are linked to capital and flexible credit solutions.
SheCodes is a 16-week full-time development course. Young women aged 18 to 25 from lower-income households are selected and trained to create technology solutions, given professional development mentorship and linked with potential employers for job opportunities. SheCodes aims to bridge the gender digital by including, upskilling and empowering women to be innovative.
